Geosynthetic Clay Liners ，clay blanketsis called bentonite composite waterproof blanket (GCL), also known as bentonite waterproof blanket, waterproof mat, GCL waterproof mat and other bentonite composite waterproof blanket (GCL) which is a new type of geosynthetic material. It is a blanket waterproofing membrane made by mixing the natural sodium-based bentonite particles and the corresponding admixtures into raw materials, and fixing the bentonite particles between the geotextile and the plastic woven fabric through a needle punching process and equipment. The bentonite waterproof blanket has all the characteristics of geotechnical materials and excellent waterproof (permeability) properties.
